NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATIONS & SERVICES

BOOKING POLICY

All consultations and service bookings are non-refundable, whether completed in-person or virtually. This includes missed appointments, late arrivals, or changes in availability.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and preparation begins prior to your scheduled service. For this reason, all payments are considered final.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice when possible so your session can be rescheduled according to availability. Rescheduling does not guarantee the same time or date.
